Welcome to VibeLink (the "Application" or "Service")!

These Terms of Service ("Agreement") are entered into between the VibeLink Team ("Company," "we," or "us") and users of VibeLink and its related services ("you" or "User"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of VibeLink—including features for communicating with other Users, sharing content, and accessing supplementary online services. By clicking the "Register" button on the registration form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions herein, as well as any referenced policies (e.g., Privacy Policy).

If you do not accept any provision of this Agreement, do not click "Register" or use the Service. Clicking "Register" binds you to these terms regardless of whether you complete registration or purchase paid services. We may modify this Agreement at any time; updated versions will take effect immediately upon publication on our website or Application, and your continued use of the Service after such publication constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

All content you post, transmit, or share through VibeLink—including information, photos, videos, calls, and personal data ("Content")—is subject to our periodically updated content policies.

You may not post or share Content that:

a. Promotes racism, bigotry, hatred, or physical harm to others;

b. Constitutes harassment, bullying, or intimidation;

c. Is spam, chain letters, or unsolicited mass mailings;

d. Is defamatory, false, misleading, or promotes illegal activities;

e. Infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights (e.g., unauthorized copying of copyrighted works);

f. Includes restricted or hidden pages/images;

g. Contains inappropriate material (e.g., nudity, bestiality, pornography, excessive violence, depictions of criminal activity);

h. Exploits minors or solicits their personal information;

i. Provides instructions for illegal acts;

j. Solicits passwords or personal information for commercial or illegal purposes;

k. Involves commercial activities (e.g., advertising, solicitation) without our prior written consent.

We own or retain all intellectual property rights in the Application, Service, and related materials—including copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and other proprietary rights. You may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, sell, or exploit any of our proprietary information without prior written permission (unless the information is in the public domain). Commercial use, reproduction, or third-party licensing of our intellectual property requires formal written authorization.

You are solely responsible for all interactions with other VibeLink Users (e.g., meetings, communications, transactions). We may monitor disputes at our discretion but have no obligation to do so. We are not liable for the authenticity of User information, promises made by other Users, or any outcomes of User interactions.

We may engage third-party or affiliated marketing partners ("Suppliers") to assist with Service delivery. Suppliers are independent contractors, and we are not liable for their acts, omissions, or service quality. Supplier services may include:

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied—including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted/error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VibeLink shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages—including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or service interruption—even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from this Agreement or the Service shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not responsible for activities occurring outside the scope of the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VibeLink, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, partners, and employees from and against any third-party claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:

User-Initiated Termination:

This Agreement remains in effect after termination—including provisions related to indemnification, intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability.

13. General Provisions

  1. Headings : Clause titles are for reference only and do not affect the interpretation or enforceability of this Agreement.

  2. Severability : If any provision is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

  3. Language : In case of discrepancies between the English version and translated versions of this Agreement, the English version shall prevail.

  4. No Waiver : Our failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it in the future.

  5. Entire Agreement : This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and VibeLink regarding the Service, superseding all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and understandings (written or oral). Additional terms may apply to third-party content or services.
