Welcome to VibeLink (the "Application" or "Service")!
These Terms of Service ("Agreement") are entered into between the VibeLink Team ("Company," "we," or "us") and users of VibeLink and its related services ("you" or "User"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of VibeLink—including features for communicating with other Users, sharing content, and accessing supplementary online services. By clicking the "Register" button on the registration form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions herein, as well as any referenced policies (e.g., Privacy Policy).
If you do not accept any provision of this Agreement, do not click "Register" or use the Service. Clicking "Register" binds you to these terms regardless of whether you complete registration or purchase paid services. We may modify this Agreement at any time; updated versions will take effect immediately upon publication on our website or Application, and your continued use of the Service after such publication constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
VibeLink provides a platform for personal communication and interaction between Users, subject to the restrictions and guidelines outlined in this Agreement.
By accessing or using any part of the Service, you acknowledge that you have reviewed this Agreement and all applicable policies, and you agree to comply with them.
If you access the Service through a third-party platform (e.g., Google Play, Apple App Store), you also agree to comply with that platform’s terms of service, which are separate from this Agreement.
By registering for or using VibeLink, you represent and warrant that:
a. You are 18 years of age or older (or the higher minimum age required by your local jurisdiction, if applicable);
b. You are not prohibited from using the Service under the laws of the United States or any other relevant jurisdiction;
c. You have no prior convictions for felonies, indictable offenses, sex crimes, or violent crimes, and you are not required to register as a sex offender;
d. You will comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations.
VibeLink strictly prohibits individuals under the age of 18 from registering for, accessing, or using the Service. This prohibition applies even if local laws permit a lower age, unless such laws mandate a higher minimum age (in which case the higher age applies).
If you are a parent or legal guardian and learn that your minor child has used the Service without authorization, you must immediately notify us at yofastdollar@gmail.com to request account termination.
We reserve the right to verify User age at any time. If we determine (in our sole discretion) that a User is under 18, we will immediately terminate their account, delete associated personal data (as required by law), and may take legal action if necessary.
Any activity endangering minors—including enticement, exploitation, abuse, assault, promotion of self-harm, suicide-related content, or threats targeting minors—is strictly prohibited. Violators will have their accounts permanently terminated, and we will report such conduct to law enforcement.
If you encounter a User you believe to be a minor or observe minor-endangering activity, report it immediately via the in-app reporting tool or email yofastdollar@gmail.com with details (e.g., username, screenshots, conversation logs).
You may create an account via manual registration or using Google, Facebook, or Apple ID credentials ("Third-Party Account"). Using a Third-Party Account authorizes us to access, display, and use certain account information as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
All registration information must be accurate, complete, and truthful. Inaccurate or incomplete information may result in account suspension until verification is completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and all activities conducted under your account. Transactions made with valid login credentials are deemed authorized by you.
You may not share your account, transfer it to a third party, or authorize others to use your account.
We may suspend or terminate your account if: (i) our Support team reviews correspondence and confirms you have abandoned the Service; (ii) you request personal data deletion without providing a specific reason; (iii) you are listed on anti-fraud platforms or there is credible evidence of illegal activity associated with your account.
All content you post, transmit, or share through VibeLink—including information, photos, videos, calls, and personal data ("Content")—is subject to our periodically updated content policies.
You are solely liable for all Content you post or transmit.
By posting Content, you grant VibeLink an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully paid, worldwide license to use, reproduce, perform, display, distribute, and create derivative works of such Content.
You may not post or share Content that:
a. Promotes racism, bigotry, hatred, or physical harm to others;
b. Constitutes harassment, bullying, or intimidation;
c. Is spam, chain letters, or unsolicited mass mailings;
d. Is defamatory, false, misleading, or promotes illegal activities;
e. Infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights (e.g., unauthorized copying of copyrighted works);
f. Includes restricted or hidden pages/images;
g. Contains inappropriate material (e.g., nudity, bestiality, pornography, excessive violence, depictions of criminal activity);
h. Exploits minors or solicits their personal information;
i. Provides instructions for illegal acts;
j. Solicits passwords or personal information for commercial or illegal purposes;
k. Involves commercial activities (e.g., advertising, solicitation) without our prior written consent.
Profiles may not include phone numbers, physical addresses, real names, URLs, or email addresses. Communications with other Users may not contain URLs, email addresses, or phone/fax numbers.
Spam, advertising, chain letters, or unsolicited contact with other Users is prohibited. We reserve the right to limit the number of messages/emails you send through the Service.
Communications may be recorded for quality assurance purposes.
We may review, remove, or restrict access to any Content at our discretion if it violates this Agreement, is illegal, offensive, or endangers others’ rights or safety. We may investigate violations and take legal action.
VibeLink is for personal, non-commercial use exclusively. Organizations, companies, and businesses may not use the Service or register as Users. Prohibited uses include:
Collecting User information for unsolicited emails or unauthorized linking;
Creating competitive databases, websites, applications, software, or services;
Money transmission or using false identities;
Any illegal or unauthorized use of the Service.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a personal, limited, non-commercial, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service on a personal device. You may not:
Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or extract the Service’s source code without prior written permission or legal authorization;
Circumvent technological measures designed to protect the Service;
Engage in automated data collection or create fake accounts.
We own or retain all intellectual property rights in the Application, Service, and related materials—including copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and other proprietary rights. You may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, sell, or exploit any of our proprietary information without prior written permission (unless the information is in the public domain). Commercial use, reproduction, or third-party licensing of our intellectual property requires formal written authorization.
You may not post, upload, or share copyrighted material without the copyright owner’s prior permission.
If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, provide our Copyright Agent with the following:
Signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative;
Detailed description of the copyrighted work;
Location of the allegedly infringing material (e.g., URL, username);
Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email);
Statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized by the copyright owner, agent, or law;
Statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
You are solely responsible for all interactions with other VibeLink Users (e.g., meetings, communications, transactions). We may monitor disputes at our discretion but have no obligation to do so. We are not liable for the authenticity of User information, promises made by other Users, or any outcomes of User interactions.
The Service may integrate or link to third-party services (e.g., payment processors, social media platforms). Your use of these services is governed by their terms of service and privacy policies. We do not guarantee their security, accuracy, or reliability, and you assume all associated risks. Disputes with third-party providers are your sole responsibility.
We may engage third-party or affiliated marketing partners ("Suppliers") to assist with Service delivery. Suppliers are independent contractors, and we are not liable for their acts, omissions, or service quality. Supplier services may include:
Providing registration-related information;
Offering translation services and access to User communications;
Delivering additional services as agreed with VibeLink;
Processing supplementary services (not automatically granted to Users).
All Supplier-provided services are offered "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Using the Service may require us to collect, use, and store your personal data. Our Privacy Policy details how we handle your information—including collection, use, protection, and disclosure practices. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into this Agreement, and using the Service constitutes your acceptance of its terms. You may access the Privacy Policy via the in-app link or our website.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied—including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted/error-free operation.
We do not warrant that:
The Service will be secure, reliable, or free of defects;
Defects in the Service will be corrected;
The Service will meet your specific needs;
Content posted by Users is accurate, legal, or appropriate.
We are not liable for:
Service interruptions due to technical issues, network congestion, or factors beyond our control;
Offensive, illegal, or inappropriate User-generated content;
Misuse of personal information by other Users;
Damages or losses resulting from User interactions or Service use.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VibeLink shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages—including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or service interruption—even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from this Agreement or the Service shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not responsible for activities occurring outside the scope of the Service.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VibeLink, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, partners, and employees from and against any third-party claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:
Your use of the Service or breach of this Agreement (including breaches by others using your account);
Your violation of applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights (e.g., intellectual property rights);
Claims that your Content infringes on a third party’s rights;
Any other act or omission by you in connection with the Service.
This indemnification obligation applies regardless of whether the claim arises from your negligence.
You may terminate your account at any time by sending written notice to yofastdollar@gmail.com.
We may terminate your account or suspend access to the Service for any reason (with or without cause) by notifying you at your registered email address.
If we terminate your account without cause, you will receive a pro-rated refund of unused paid service fees.
No refunds will be provided for account termination due to your breach of this Agreement or voluntary termination.
Paid services are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
This Agreement remains in effect after termination—including provisions related to indemnification, intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability.
Headings : Clause titles are for reference only and do not affect the interpretation or enforceability of this Agreement.
Severability : If any provision is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Language : In case of discrepancies between the English version and translated versions of this Agreement, the English version shall prevail.
No Waiver : Our failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it in the future.
Entire Agreement : This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and VibeLink regarding the Service, superseding all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and understandings (written or oral). Additional terms may apply to third-party content or services.
